Heart Circle is a safe space where intuitive children can connect with animals and learn life skills and about their sensitivities/ empathic abilities/ gifts. Children often struggle with being overly sensitive, been able to see/ hear/ feel/ know things that are happening within and around them without understanding it.

Horses have the most amazing energy and hold no judgement or agenda, they simply are at peace in the moment. During this circle children partner with our horses to learn about themselves. The horses naturally reflect what someone is thinking and feeling which provides a perfect space for children to learn how to set boundaries, how to ask for help, how to self-regulate, overcome challenges, think critically, be creative, connect to and understand their intuitive nature.

Heart Circle offers life long tools to children. All activities are done on the ground. (There is no riding of horses). The activities may include but are not limited to:

• Children learn how to seek permission from the horses

• Listening to the horses ‘non verbal communication’

• Maneuvering the horse on and off lead (using their voice and body language to create a desired outcome)

• How to care for a horse through grooming activities

• How to see/ feel/ understand energy of the horses

• Teamwork activities

• Obstacle courses and more…all whilst integrating a deep connection with the horse.

Parents are encouraged to get involved as it can deepen a connection, a different perspective and tools can be provided to overcome challenges. Please bring enclosed shoes and water for a fun experience with the herd.
