Horses are all about the heart chakra. They are heart centered and deeply spiritual beings. They hold no judgement or agenda, they are at peace in each moment. Horses are calling humanity to work with them right now, offering a unique space where you are invited to drop into your heart, receive healing & simply be.

The Healing With Horses session is a deep, yet profound experience. The horses will become your guides and teachers for the day to help you navigate challenges that you are currently moving through in life, to bring healing & to open you further to your intuitive & authentic self. This is done by horses co-regulating your nervous system and creating a heart coherence by simply being with them. (Their hearts & brains calm & down-regulate your heart & brain through the electromagnetic fields around your body)

By working with our herd of horses & understanding their language and behaviour your experience may include:

Unwind, cleanse & detox your mind, body & soul on a 1/2 Day Wellness Retreat at Gwandalan Farm.

Set on 10 acres in the Perth Hills, you’ll find this beautiful property nestled amongst the gum trees.

Spirit have guided a group of powerful, empathic & intuitive women to hold sacred space for you to unwind, relax & recharge in the midst of a chaotic world. This 1/2 Day Wellness Retreat is going to be gentle, fun & restorative.

The day will start out in the paddock with Kathryn & her herd of horses who will support you to drop into your heart space, ground & heal.

You’ll then be guided through a 90 minute restorative yoga session by Crystal in the Bell Tent which overlooks part of the Wooroloo Valley & some of the property’s regrowth bush. The yoga will support you to slow down, breathe & release the tension from your body & nervous system.

Following this up Jackie will take you on a journey helping you to relax & cleanse your energy with her magical sound healing.

Throughout the afternoon you will also be nourished by Sally who will support you to stay hydrated with structured vortexed water & to cleanse, energize & regenerate with delicious cold pressed juices & seasonal foods.

Heart circle is a safe space where you can drop into your heart and just be. Horses have the most amazing energy and hold no judgement or agenda, they simply are at peace in the moment. During this session our horses and mother nature will become your teachers and guides, allowing you to let go and receive messages and healing from them.

Each Circle is unique, with the horses bringing people together who need to receive the same energy, messages, healing and love. It is an incredibly gentle yet deep and profound experience. The horses partner with you and reflect how you show up in life, what’s blocking you from moving forward, how to set boundaries, how to ask for help, how to self-regulate, overcome challenges, think critically, be creative, connect to and understand who you truly are mentally/ emotionally/ physically & spiritually.

Heart Circle brings you out of your head and back into your body. All activities are done on the ground. (There is no riding of horses). Apart from the Non-negotiables (The Vet, Farrier & Dentist), our herd is free to choose how and when they interact. Leading to an even more transformational experience.

Please bring an open heart and mind, enclosed shoes and water for a magical & transformational experience.
