Heart Circle is a safe space where you can drop into your heart and just be. Horses have the most amazing energy, they hold no judgment or agenda, and are at peace in the moment. During this session, our horses and mother nature will become your teachers and guides, holding a sacred space which is offered for you to let go and receive or to simply be.

Heart Circle is a deep, yet profound experience. This is done by horses co-regulating your nervous system and creating a heart coherence by simply being with them. (Their hearts & brains, calm & down-regulate your heart & brain through the electromagnetic fields around your body)

By working with our herd of horses & understanding their language and behaviour your experience may include:

Each Circle is unique, with the horses bringing people together who need to receive the same energy, messages, healing and love. It is an incredibly gentle yet deep and profound experience. The horses partner with you and reflect how you show up in life, what’s blocking you from moving forward, how to set boundaries, how to ask for help, how to self-regulate, overcome challenges, think critically, be creative, connect to and understand who you truly are mentally/ emotionally/ physically & spiritually.

Heart Circle brings you out of your head and back into your body. All activities are done on the ground. (There is no riding of horses). Apart from the Non-negotiables (The Vet, Farrier & Dentist), our herd is free to choose how and when they interact. Leading to an even more transformational experience.
