Join Jem, Kat, Nici & Kathryn for a day of releasing and replenishing at Gwandalan Farm.

You'll be supported and nurtured as you release all that you've been holding onto throughout 2022 and replenished for you to gently move through to 2023.

The day includes:
Opening ceremony & acknowledgement of Country

Healing with Horses where you'll be guided to become present in your body, mind and soul by Kathryn and the Medicine Horse Herd.

Kundalini Yoga where Nici will gently open your body and energy through movement & chanting.

Wayapa® is an earth connection practice that is based on ancient Indigenous wisdom that focuses on taking care of the Earth as the starting point for creating Earth Mind Body Spirit well-being.

You'll also experience a powerful Rebirthing Breathwork on country facilitated by Jem & Kat.

The day includes non-harm snacks & lunch.
